Церемония вручения iHeartRadio Music Awards состоялась 11 марта 2018 года в Лос-Анджелесе. По две награды досталось Cardi B (на фото) и Эду Ширану. Первая была названа лучшим дебютантом и лучшим хип-хоп-дебютантом, а второй стал исполнителем года и получил приз за лучшую песню года «Shape Og You». Певицей года стала Тейлор Свифт, лучшим новым поп-исполнителем - Найл Хоран, группой - Maroon 5, дуэтом - The Chainsmokers и Coldplay с композицией «Something Just Like This», альтернативной группой - Imagine Dragons, рок-группой – Metallica, хип-хоп-исполнителем – Кендрик Ламар, R&B-исполнителем – Бруно Марс, латино – Луис Фонси, а их с Дэдди Янки хит «Despacito» стал лучшей песней в стиле латино.

Специальных наград были удостоены Bon Jovi, Камила Кабелло и Chance the Rapper
